Update of the living room

This is an update of the living room. I used Mental Ray to get that quality. Unfortunatly, the render time is MADNESS!!!!!!!!

I managed to finish a graffiti piece. Took me about 45min to do it from start to finish.

I've put it on the environment set, and this is the outcome:



Of course the set is texture-less but with decayed, tiled texture, it should blend in well.

Stairs and whatnot!!!













I managed to model and texture my stair set. I wanted to give it an old, decayed look. I left a bloodstain to indicate something gore happened. The blood looks fresh, this is to indicate that the gore happened no long ago!!!

































This is a random table that I plan to place it on a ramdom spot. I also threw a damaged Mona Lisa painting, just to spice the wickedness of my environments :D

Props for my set!!!!

Since the project's mood is dark and grainy, I though to design the interior as the look of 50's - 60's. Therefore, my first prop is a decayed, distroyed and outdated television set.

Inspirations and References

I was primarily inspired by a game environmental artist named Andrew Hamilton.
These image was the kickstart of the mood and the feel I though would suit the project:

My Role

My role to the group is stricktly modelling and texturing. So I will be most likely posting a lot of work in progress of 3d models.
